We liked our stay; the staff and location were great. Lounge bar was pleasant. Tbh, had a brilliant stay for a short time.

Everything was very good, including rooms and food, its excellent wi-fi. Also, I enjoyed how handy the location was. The very pleasant area was in a nice neighbourhood and good for a short stay. The room was large and with comfy beds.

Our stay here was enjoyable, fantastic base for exploring Birmingham. We had a nice bedroom.

The bathroom was very small.

All in all everything was really good, had a comfortable stay in a long time. I was offered a marvellous breakfast with an assortment of everything. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with bland decor.

I appreciated spending my time in this clean low cost hotel. The lounge bar was a delightful surprise.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Birmingham. I have had a such great experience, this quiet, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. I had tidy and bright guest room. I spent some time with cold drinks in the nice lounge bar.

It's functional place to stay 3 km away from a delightful park.

Above average breakfast with lots of options, attractive and clean place. Walking distance to the bus stop, 5 mins.

Everything was perfectly fine, personnel was fine.

The breakfast was scrumptious, accommodating service, lovely staff. Room had a marble-lined bathroom that we liked. It was quiet enough and recently refurbished, full of Victorian furniture. Complimentary wines, beers and liquors in the swim-up bar, complimentary parking place.

We appreciated the staff and location in this hotel. The rooms with comfortable bed, coffee making facilities plus the garden.

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY WELCOMING and the service was good, so it was fun stay. Impressive location within easy walking distance of cadbury world. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was calming.

Facilities were professional, but Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Fair & spotless hotel, it was in a very suitable location, has friendly attentive staff. They made my stay amazing. Plenty of options for breakfast in the bar. Having different cool drinks in the lounge bar was a very nice touch.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was ideal. Our room was fashioned and compact. Approaching personnel. Tasty and savoury food. First-class customer care too. We had the most really comfortable few days there.

Breakfasts were very good and customer service was fantastic. Our double room had an individual safe, a heating system and a work desk. Meals were fab and reasonably priced.

Personnel is extremely accommodating. Breakfast was excellent!
